These terms govern your use of Phone List Cleaner ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. Plain language version: don't break the law, don't abuse our infrastructure, and we'll do our best to keep your data safe.
1. Account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization on whose behalf you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret. We may suspend an account that violates these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, see Section 7.
2. Service description
The Service lets you upload CSV files of phone numbers and receive a cleaned file showing validity, line type, carrier, and SMS-readiness. Validation is performed by a combination of our own software and third-party sub-processors. The current sub-processor list is available on request.
3. Payment
We sell prepaid credit packs via Stripe. Credits do not expire and are not refundable except where explicitly stated (see Section 8) or required by law.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. We don't sell your data, share it with unrelated third parties, or use it to train models. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no SLA in v1. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violating it is grounds for immediate suspension and termination.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by emailing us, we'll delete your batches, uploaded CSVs, cached lookups, and webhook subscriptions within 30 days.
8. Refunds
We automatically refund the credit when a paid lookup hard-fails. For unused credit packs, request a refund within 30 days. Used credits are not refundable except where local consumer-protection law requires it. Full policy: /legal/refunds.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
