# Phone List Cleaner

Phone List Cleaner is a B2B SaaS that turns messy phone-number lists
into clean, SMS-ready lists. Customers upload CSV, TSV, TXT, XLSX, or
JSON in the web app and receive a full enriched copy with E.164
numbers, line type, carrier, country, and validity flags. The web app
also gives task-ready CSV exports for SMS-ready rows, valid rows only,
call-ready rows, and a deduped-best version of the list. Developers
can use the REST API for single lookup, bulk lookup, account snapshots,
and batch status/result download URLs.

Pricing is one-time prepaid credit packs. No subscription, no monthly
minimum, and credits never expire. Duplicates within a batch are free.
Malformed rows are free. Cache hits within a 24-hour window are free.
A credit is only ever spent on a unique, parseable, uncached number
that completes a paid validation. If an upstream lookup hard-fails,
the credit is refunded automatically.

  keys and webhook secrets stored as SHA-256 hashes only.
- Retention: uploaded CSVs and result files are automatically deleted
  from object storage 90 days after upload; lookup cache 24 hours;
  provider request logs 90 days with phone numbers masked; webhook
  deliveries 30 days. Short retention windows are a feature: your
  data does not accumulate anywhere.
- Account deletion: self-serve, two-phase via Account > Danger zone;
  30-day reversal window, then a hard purge that scrubs PII (email,
  name) and removes API keys, webhook subscriptions, purchases, and
